Serves as the subject matter expert in key areas with a broader background in Genesys

Help Business build business cases and proficient in conducting Cloud contact center solutions roadmap and sessions with leadership.

Lead major strategic business and Contact Center Transformation Programs

Participate in Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements, Infrastructure Requirements

Provide digital experience business automation solutions using AI ML as well as contact center technologies

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide demos or workshops

Takes ownership of Technical Solution Deliverables.’

Ideal candidate should have hands on experience of minimum 3+ years in below technologies:

♦ AWS/Google Cloud Platform

♦ Snowflake

♦ Kafka

Should be team player and ready to learn new technologies

Should be a go getter, troubleshoot issues on a daily basis.

Looking for a long term engagement

Genesys knowledge preferred

Sales experience of minimum 3-4 years

5 – 10 years of post-education experience

Ready for hunting/ Net new accounts/ attend networking events

Good communication, passionate, wants to grow, outgoing

Some background of IT Staffing/Cloud/ IT Services or allied

Candidates who are tech Savvy (organize and work with technology to get their job done)

Genesys knowledge preferred
